Our company, Data Driven Holdings (DDH) is dedicated to serving the automotive industry. Through our industry-leading brands – including Team Velocity®, Tier10®, Advid®, SocialDealer®, OfferLogix® and Qualified Customer – we deliver data-driven technology that powers intelligent advertising across all advertising mediums – including websites, direct mail, email, search and social – offering our clients, primarily dealerships and car manufacturers (our Clients), the most advanced sales and service marketing solutions in the business.

In connection with providing our Services, we may share Personal Information with our authorized Partners. We have implemented Partner selection procedures to help ensure that our Partners who may have access to PI operate in accordance with both industry standards and applicable law. These include conducting pre-engagement diligence and incorporate data safeguards provisions into our vendor agreements. While we have implemented policies and procedures to protect your Personal Information, we cannot control, and are not responsible for, the manner in which third parties use that information. We employ data safeguards that comply with applicable law and in accordance with generally accepted industry standards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information you provide us with certainty or warrant it will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized persons. We will make all legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your PI, in the manner and within the time periods required by applicable law. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials, as well as private parties, to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties that we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, including, but not limited to, subpoenas, to protect our property and rights or that of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or subject to legal action.
OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
Our Sites and Services are not targeted to or intended for use by children. We are concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the internet. Accordingly, we will not knowingly request Personal Information online from anyone under the age of 13 without prior, verifiable parental consent. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine the age of a visitor to our Sites or user of our Services.
